I'm Jess
Welcome to my page! I'm a young artist in the Okanagan. I love to do colourful portraits, and mostly create digital artworks. I also use acrylic, watercolour, and pencils throughout my pieces! I find that landscapes are also fun when it comes to traditional painting. Here and on my socials, I offer prints and commissions.
Teaching
I've spent quite a lot of time creating art and learning at my local arts centre. Now I've had the honour of spending some time teaching the youth there! I recently helped run a kids spring camp, and hope to return to teach more camps, and someday my own classes.
Commissions
I've been doing commissions since high school! From portraits to cards, I've had so many opportunities to create art for people in my community.
Shows
In 2021, I had the amazing opportunity to work with talented artists in the Student in Residency program, held by my Local Arts Centre.
In 2022, I was invited back to display my work at an art show and music event! Riot on the roof was truly an exciting experience.
